Sales Tax

Restocking Fee

Terms & Conditions


We will accept returns on which are under five (7) days upon receipt. All merchandise returned must be returned in new and untouched condition as it arrived in. There will be a Fifteen Percent (15%) restocking fee for any and all goods returned. If any returned goods are received by us and deem to be used slightly we have the right to charge an extra Ten Percent (10%) of the cost of the goods or refuse the return all together.

All Goods come with a one (1) year warranty provided by the manufacturer. If you find a defect in your merchandise after the initial two (2) days of receipt submit your goods to the manufacturer for a replacement.


If a mistake is made in pricing and orders are placed we will post the new price upon the website and offer you a choice to continue with the purchase or decline the transaction.


All New York State customers will be charged NYS sales tax of 8.625% All posted prices do not include tax.

By accepting delivery of any product delivered from B & M Cosmetics.com, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions.

You and B & M Cosmetics.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and B & M Cosmetics.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from B & M Cosmetics.com.

1. B & M Cosmetics.com SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - B & M Cosmetics.com offers our customers a 7-day satisfaction replacement or credit guarantee on all purchases except Specials of the Week

  • All items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee provided that items are in brand new condition when returned. Shipping is never refunded.

However, to take advantage of B & M Cosmetics.com return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with B & M Cosmetics.com Product Return Procedure as below. Any breach B & M Cosmetics.com Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss B & M Cosmetics.com return guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected

Product Returns

  • To return a product based upon B & M Cosmetics.com replacement/return guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). All RMA must be filed online. B & M Cosmetics.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 5 days within which return products must be received by B & M Cosmetics.com. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
  • Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to B & M Cosmetics.com. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other items provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, B & M Cosmetics.com Return Procedure will be breached and B & M Cosmetics.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
  • B & M Cosmetics.com will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges.
  • We will accept returns on ONLY which are under five (5) days upon receipt. All merchandise returned must be returned in new and untouched condition as it arrived in.
